Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide â including Australia, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and most other countries. All orders come with full tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7â14 business days for most destinations. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes â free shipping on all orders over $75 AUD. Orders under $75 attract a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you or your pet are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund or replacement â no questions asked.
How do I start a return?
Email us at jampergroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us at jampergroup@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the carrier's website.

Measure around the widest part of your dog's chest (girth) and use the guide below:
