Where we ship

Jamper ships to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed, we may still be able to fulfil — email jampergroup@gmail.com for a quote.

Cost

Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 USD per order; free on orders $75 USD and over. Express upgrades are available at checkout where the carrier supports it.

Turnaround windows include handling (usually 1–2 business days) and transit. Orders placed after 12:00 AEST on a Friday will begin handling on the next business day.

Tracking

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse, typically within 24–72 hours of dispatch.

Customs & duties

We declare orders accurately. Some countries (notably the UK and EU) charge VAT or duty on imports above local de-minimis thresholds. Where Shopify Markets allows, duties are calculated and collected at checkout (DDP); otherwise they are payable on delivery (DDU). Check your local customs guidance if you're unsure.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email jampergroup@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either re-ship or refund — whichever you prefer.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We can update an address at no charge if you email us within 60 minutes of ordering. Once dispatched, address changes incur a re-routing fee from the carrier.
